2/3 cup evaporated milk (skimmed)
2/3 cup fruit sweetener (recipe to follow)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whole graham cracker cookies (16 squares total top and bottom)
1. Line 9" x 13" pan with whole graham cookies. Set aside.
2. Combine milk and fruit sweetener in saucepan. Add cornstarch and blend
well. Beat in egg. Stirring constantly, over medium heat, cook until mixture
becomes thick. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts, dates, crumbs,
