1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
1 can French-cut green beans
1 small can tomato paste
water
1/4 cup instant onion flakes or fresh onion
2 stalks celery
4 beef bouillion cubes
squash, carrots, cabbage, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts- (all optional)
celery salt, garlic salt, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper
Worcestershire Sauce.
Combine all to taste and
simmer 2 hours. Freezes well, but spices intensify with freezing so
decrease spices to freeze.
